One thing is clear, Big Soda has shown little ability to innovate. There are serial beverage entrepreneurs everywhere from Oza to Rapole to Collins to LA Libations and like-kind firms. It's damn near becoming a cottage industry. Plenty of qualified individuals to choose from.
Vanessa would be an interesting choice. Not sure of her executive level management experience but her marketing resume can't be beat.
