There are scientists who believe otherwise. The ones working with SWET.

I think there are differing opinions of the science. Does one choose to believe a poster, or a scientist working with SWET.

Maybe some scientists are wrong, but maybe they are right. I don't think the science behind this can be so easily dismissed.

But we will ultimately see with success or failure.

That is why the idea of the retrofit is so interesting. Proof of concept without shelling out 1.5 billion.
