I believe this to be speculation outside of their new accounting company specializing in valuations. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Outside of that selling of Viking makes a ton of sense, the only reason it was purchased was to right the ship, add some EBITA and get into the black,(Because Tom is a genius)
He *could* use Viking any way he likes moving forward but now that Bravatek should have its own revenue stream, there is no longer a need for Viking, which could be massive leverage or at the very least a very sweet one time revenue receipt.
