I'm not sure. I wonder if there are other companies yet to be announced that ICNM may also be in the process of setting up a relationship with. It is all uncertain at this point. I see thses steps as moving in the right direction. We are dealing with the creation of a company that is positioning itself to install new technology for some big players. These big companies need companies like ICNM to help install the infrastructure. I think it is moving in the right direction for ICNM in my opinion.
It's a reverse split. Look at the wording "former" and "current". It's not a new class. They're going to reverse split, immediately raise the A/S to the billions again and dilute like crazy.
