That's why I said he should of ran 2 of 3 trials. I can almost say with certainty SequesTOX failed again. He did this the last time threw out a bunch of GENERIC crap like we are going to file 6 more anda's yatta yatta yatta while the stock tanked. Only this time .11 might look pretty high and .19 will be off the charts. Just like .25 looked great. .11 is going to look even better.

That would really just be jumping to conclusions. There are many possibilities and variables of why we wouldn't have the update by any particular date. If we don't know by Thursday afternoon, though, there are really only two possibilities. Nasrat didn't know by Friday afternoon, or he's not telling us.

I doubt Nasrat needs time to put together any plan as you say. If the latest round of tests failed, the next step is pretty obvious.

They'll want to put together a plan to communicate if this is the case
