Well the truth of the matter is this, we really don't know why these moves are being made by NH. This is not his decision alone. The BoD has to agree to what is going down here. Just keep that in mind when fingers are pointed at NH.
Another fact I will add is that there has been no insider selling. None. If there were then perhaps shareholders should have concerns, but so far no insiders selling a single share. What up wit dat holmes?
