It is a "LETTER OF INTENT", do you know what that means? They intend to do it. It is not a definitive agreement.

Do you know how many LOI never come to fruition with these stocks? It is around 75%.

The only reason they put out that PR was to dump more shares. VNDM sitting at .0001. with a billion plus shares to sell.
