Maybe, maybe not. No need to do an offering if they can get a partnership with upfront money. There is also the possibility of a BO before it even gets to that point.



Investing in buyout prospects is generally a fools errand. Which leaves us with a partnership or going it alone as "more" realistic options to consider. CEO leads me to believe they aren't really looking for for a partnership (want a buyout) unless it's EX-US from what I remember in the past so that leaves us with going it alone, which is very expensive.

Lack of newsflow for awhile is going to make AUPH stagnant or drifting south in my opinion. You can tell by the way they're PR'ing every time someone takes a #2 in the restroom of late that they are concerned with it dropping below the stock offering price as well.
