you do realize this is the oldest trick in the book right, normally to sell and dump as many shares as possible on peeps. LOI huh, doubtful man, doubtful -- if ICE NM can make above 0003 (sure it'll tag 2's today and maybe tomorrow) I'll be very surprised if it stays and does not fall back to 0001 or even to no bid. Bunch of stuckers
