It was stated in the meeting that we are considered in Phase three after negotiations with the FAA. If my understanding is correct - the FAA is actively engaged and although I may. It have the most current info I do believe the understanding that they met in early MAY. This is no where near my expertise, so please note that the solid fact I have hear is phase 3. Any other more detailed questions you guys can pound away or debate yourself into disbelief but I expect that the only confirmation you have is the next marker - phase 4....
