Quark is 3 cents at the moment. I had someone buy for me three years ago. So not sure. You must buy Bitcoin first and then convert it to quark. It's hard to buy at the moment. It's to the point you have to find a dealer in your city and pay cash. I am buying more tomorrow .. But might have to go to Austin tx to get it.
