In a nutshell, it took 7 months to construct the MOU with GIS.
Then they changed their mind asking for a bigger cut of the action. Our Company got out of an unfavorable partnership with Kodak due to profit-sharing so they can now be be selective; especially since they can do multiple intigrators, and they were in discussions with another one at the time. There are still intigrators out there with just as much clout as GIS.

GIS is still a customer because IMO they are HPs builder so they know out capability because HP/DELL were out military orders.

They are an Apple OEM also, so this may encourage Apple to comeback and buy us, because Jeff has said we are the only 'pure play' out there of the three mesh providers.

ie, not a subsidiary of another huge company and with the total solution on cost and functionality.
