The TA is gagged because the company is currently suing the transfer agent. Long story short, the old owners allegedly issued fraudulent shares (54 million) and the new owners are suing those holders and the TA (vstock) to have those shares returned and retired.

Malarkey! I'm in another stock with a gagged TA....zero dilution! There are other reasons other than dilution why transfer agents are gagged!!

You can do what you want, but the TA is gagged because they are a defendant in the suit by the company. What other defendant in a lawsuit wants to incriminate themselves with the wrong response?

Of course the TA can not say a word they are being sued by the company. The first thing their lawyer would tell them is do not discuss anything to do with DOLV.
