Q's are regularly "REVIEWED" by accountant/auditors not "AUDITED". It's extremely hard to get an ACCOUNTANT/auditor to audit a 10K without having "REVIEWED" the Q's. But Q's will say "UNAUDITED" because the ACCOUNTANT REVIEWED the Q. I hope this clears things up for people!
