If all of what you are saying is true, these claims are criminal offenses, and the SEC should have suspended this stock a long time ago. Has anyone reported this company to the SEC? Since you have done a good job of compiling all of this information, it would be easy for you to submit your findings. Is there a reason why you haven't yet? I was considering buying this stock, but now I am not sure. I think I will wait and see if you report this company to the SEC; I would hate to own shares in this company and later find that the stock was suspended.
