Not sure about going out of business but it doesn't appear that management is very concerned about much?
They had been very careful with filings, disclosures and the like, until now.
It would appear they may have misrepresented being up to date with all other filings when they
were not? Not sure what the SEC would think of that?
Concerned also that they are playing games with Everest?
