I am quite sure that John Marren would have made
an offer to buy BRWC when he bought Alpine Springs.

It does not profit him much to have his Alpine Springs
locked into a long-term water contract when BRWC only
utilizes a small fraction of Alpine Springs' water output.

Francine would have declined his offer for the same
reason she agreed to the SEC cancelling BRWC's
registration - to avoid an Audit.
