True, "Joe" picked up the phone when I called. He referred me to Alfonso Knoll - 610.507.5174 for further details. Alfonso advised to reinstate the company would cost ~$80K within NV. He estimated the overall cost of company reinstatement to be ~$250K (discover present asset values, establish financials, etc). So unless someone with some money comes along to revitalize this company, I believe the stock will stay where it is... dead. If you have $250K to get this thing moving, call Alfonso.
