Great question. As with all things regulatory, it is tough to get a definitive answer. My research indicates that there needs to be at least a six-month update in order to stay current; however, they just updated their share structure and that may count as meeting the qualification for the no information tier they are on. In other words, this could go on for a long time, but the counterargument is that they do have to maintain the listing service and there is a pretty big cost to that,from what I remember. So to sum up - I don't know. My educated guess is that the timeline is flexible, but that the chances for a BK have diminished greatly due to the long period of time since the stores closed. JMO.
