I have no reason not to trust the CEO thus far.. there was zero front loading prior to the first update, he said he would become current with DE and he did.. thus far he is delivering on what he says.. per CEO this week we should know the industry and possibly the merger canidate.. as per the CEO the merger company has cash, revenue, and proprietary platform and intellectual property.. in regards to the share structure he states that it will be reduced significantly with shares being cancelled, and finally OTC markets will next be updated and the company brought current, the trading shows zero dilution and potentially a smaller float.. most of the OS is no doubt restricted
