That is the job of the SLJB management team and directors to run a NOBO LIST and give us the current Outstanding share count and the total Authorize Shares.

This is the gray/grey market. No one is looking at this. A Form 13g is based on 5% of the OS or AS?

Once someone produces a report with the current OS and AS then Peter Barton and I both can file those Form 13g. I know people know who I am already. I try to be as transparent as possible in the dark.
