Besides the reverse split and massive dilution?

My opinion is that the relationship between Oxis, OXS 1550 and U. Minn is not exactly as it is presented. I have looked into the licensing agreements and IP and it is murky, to say the least.

If Oxis truly were involved with the trial as they say that they are, then the valuation would not be what it is.

Just my opinion, good luck!
