Point me to the filing that shows exactly that ... not some DD that unfortunately even Kate is not wanting to confirm ( probably due to FD --- however is quick to say 3-4 weeks ago filing were to be expected and the new pres announced !!! ) so far, total BS until we see filings --- SP telling us the same
