This garbage company can't even prove this share buyback...loses a hotel they paid $4m for, gets zip, can't come up with the alleged funding, lies about a mythical $500m gold "asset" which does not and will not exist, and, puts out amateurish and laughable "filings" which even include copy/pasted ihub posts.

If this ever goes to .20, without a reverse split, I'll eat my hat....
