It doesn't matter, it's impossible to dump Billion of shares and have the pps rise for any stock and HCMC still has 750 billion to dump. Last high volume was a whopping 2.5B on 3/24/17 and pps didn't move one single tick. They can't cancel the warrants and they don't have enough money to buy them back, so there is nothing that can be said or done to make this stock a good investment. Stick a fork in it, this stock is over done.
