Market pros have been known to lie about reporting them.
As you know the SEC actually prosecuted a case against a small market maker.
Also take note that platinum partners, the precursor of treaty , engaged in financial loans , death spiral financing, and recently the principals of platinum partners sentenced to 20 to life in prison. What they had to do with the scamming of argy ( treaty ) is unknown but may result in more prosecutions.
I believe the Feds have been put on the trail.
That is why things quiet and some posters disappearing
