Penny stocks sell shares all the time to raise funds which often causes their share prices to drop dramatically. They also return from those low levels back to former highs. This one looks like it has great potential for those returns. Million shares at .0003 is $300 - sell at .03 for $30,000 and make back whatever you lost in the past? Or just complain while everyone else makes money ......
