GM,elkonig its all in how you look at it,first of all JT paid them last week or so for work that they performed, its in 8-k

Malone audited our financial statements for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2014  and 2013. 

I would have done the same thing JT did,let them do what they had to,because without them he couldn't get the 2013-2014 financials done,remember that a month ago JT was having a hard time with STEVEN Baritze not cooperating with him on the financials.

JT DID JUST FINE IN HIS DECISION TO START FRESH AND THE BIG STORY HERE IS THAT 2013-2014 AUDITS HAVE BEEN DONE.

I (we) are starting fresh with new auditors. The prior auditors were burned again and again by the former NSAV management.
