Must do some DD! Plane lease is signed and being delivered before July 30th, certification and ticket sales will just be an extension of what is already in place with the airline the certification is coming from in the NDA. Not really hard to figure out after doing some basic DD!!!

If an investor is looking for ticket sales, and planes, and a certificate, and whatever pps, etc.......and that investor is looking for these things RIGHT NOW, then clearly this is not the opportunity for him/her.

USGlobal is a START-UP airline. These things are coming. They are on the horizon.

If an investor constantly falls back on the problems of the past, then again, this is not the opportunity for that investor.

Tony has accomplished more in 7 months under USGlobal than was ever accomplished by any prior CEO in the past two plus decades as Baltia Air Lines.


The CEO has changed.
The BOD has changed and continues to change.
The business plan has changed.
The planes to be used have changed.
The ticker symbol and stock structure (ie: outstanding shares)
will soon be changed.
The name is changing.
The Airport for the origination of flights has changed.
The way the company raises capital has changed.
The road to certification could very well be changing.

THIS IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BALLGAME.


If one constantly focuses on the past, or wants all of the accomplishments RIGHT NOW, then clearly this is not the right time for that investor to be in this opportunity.

This is a work of art in the making.

This is a start-up airline.

If someone wants the complete package, RIGHT NOW, then I would think that investor would be better served looking elsewhere, and returning to this opportunity later this year.............
