I "stickied" your post because I think it is an excellent summary (even if brief) of PIOE's past and current history. Thank you for this superb narrative.

I have just one small disagreement with your comments. Since I agree that that P10 management has done a wonderful job managing their NOL asset and the entire bankruptcy process, I find it hard to believe that they didn't know that their newly issued PIOE stock would be listed on the grey market for a few weeks until all regulatory requirements for an upgrade were satisfied. However, I don't believe there was anything sinister behind this strategy, probably just an innocent oversight on their part.

Since we can't determine when we get off the grey mkt, is it reasonable for us to sit here for another month or two before getting on the OTC exchange?
