The only thing GALT needs cash for are to do more clinical trials but they clearly dont want to dilute further. Why else would they want a partner or seek one out. So they want CASH if they can get it on good terms before CX results. If this thing tanks because Mgt is too stupid that they need to put out a clarifying statement then its going to be one heck of buying opportunity.
