I'll say this much: they better have state-of-the-art seats with the latest entertainment technology or this company won't go anywhere. I'm sure they will. My guess is if they are offering a three-class product that it will be Business/First, Premium Economy and Standard Economy. I'm also hoping they'll have a stellar wine list and meal options in porcelain casserole dishes with real silverware...even in Standard Economy. In airline economics, the highest revenue comes from cargo and premium-paying passengers. I trust they will adhere to that and cater the operation accordingly.
