Scratch offs are straight luck, 0-11 is just terrible trading. But you'll be 1-10, this should hit .005 IMHO.

I actually made over a million on OWC*. I've made lots and lots of money on penny stocks. I've also lost money on them as well. You can't win them all, but this could be another home run.
