Further, RR clearly relies on the public markets to finance and build businesses......how many people would be willing to invest in his public companies if they found out he just screwed a bunch of OTC investors out of their "rent money" over a measley $500k?

how many investors would touch a robert w. roche company after hearing he screwed a handful of otc investors out of a shell, and hurt his own multimillion dollar investment in the process, just so he could fleece the public?

that's not just dumb, that would be crazy, totally pathological, as in "roche must have lost his mind".
