#1340 RE: bot2soon #1338

Just have to wait and see what Summers says if he makes any public response at all. Thanks for the kudos, just jumped out at me because I knew between previous PR's and what was in filings that wasn't the initial deal the co. cut with him and had a feeling it wouldn't sit well with him. Let's just hope he isn't lawyering up and getting ready to sue.

The quarterly is due tomorrow and hopefully we get an update in a PR. The last financials said they had 1,701 units leased by the end of the first quarter so that'll give us a good idea on the revenues that many will generate.

Just their spending spun out of control 4th quarter and YOY EPS decreased by like 66% to (-.05), that was the real pisser and kick in the ass... I was actually surprised to see assets exceed liabilities though.

I would like to see an update as far as installation locations being they claim to need a station every 5-10 miles in every state.... if they meant in metro/suburban areas or the entire state, don't know. Seems training is an issue that needs to be addressed as well.

Also really hoping they didn't lose a franchise over the recall and they are hiding that.... I mean fine if they did, shit happens, but if they hide it.... another story... that's why I'd like them to give us a very cut and dry update on all current operations. I think we deserve it, especially after them withholding the recalled units from us for almost a quarter.

It's getting old, their PR's raving about the future and the lack of current and past events being updated. No one seems interested in their announcements to uplist or the MJ breathalyzer, or ankle bracelets... etc... we want/need truthful PR's on full current operations.

Them trying to pump the stock through PR's is just turning into rhetoric bullshit at this point.... the difference between a hustler and a successful CEO is how well they communicate the truth no matter how good or bad it is, not how sneaky they are at hiding the bad and over exaggerating the good.

Last I remember, the units have a cost of approx. $350 each. If there's additional common area costs associated with the manufacturing and distributing, I don't know what those are, but sure there is.
