Actually ERHC is a full reporting SEC company who has the same obligations under the law as any other US company.

Quite frankly saying ERHC can break any laws they want just because they are a small company is ridiculous. Did you forget that ERHC already was the subject of DOJ and SEC investigations? Did you forget that the IRS nailed ERHC for 2.7 million for failure to pay the taxes they owed? They don't seem good at getting away with much of anything.

I wouldn't take it for granted that ERHC can get away with anything that violates the law. Strangely enough some seem to want ERHC to try anyway. I guess there is little to lose now.
