Tmobile 100% is controlling the auction. They will determine what bidders if necessary...will participate in the auction and they themselves will be bidding and can increase their bid on the day of the auction. They will also determine the winner of the auction.

Not sure how they are not controlling the process because it looks to me as if they are controlling the process.
