Yeah and why would CEPSA go along with this? They are the operator. Being based in Spain they are subject to a foreign corrupt practices act through the EU. They are owed almost 10 million. And from what I hear CEPSA doesn't want a damn thing to do with ERHC, Chrome, Nigeria or anyone else that doesn't abide by international law.
