Q1 report is useless. You won't learn anything new with the Q1 filing due on Monday some of it is in the 10k already for some reason they included new information in that. You will learn lot more about the new company in 3 months on the Q2 filing. All transactions like debt resolution and new STUDIO investor all happened in the current qtr which is April through June. File date august 15th. So using Q1 report to make any assumptions or investing decisions will be useless.
