By all means, I am far from an expert so I must thank you and all for sharing your thoughts that would make such valuation appear to be more sound.

A little later, I will apply the Substitution Property to replace certain key variables within that BLDV valuation post that I created which should make things a little more conservative in nature. Still, I have a feeling that such will still prove that BLDV could still be considered significantly undervalued.

I also have a feeling that the time is very near for some major updates that will justify the valuation that is under discussion.
