I'm not okay or happy with dilution. I really think CDs and funding on otc is criminal and the majority of the time the companies don't make it.

I would not be surprised if Wais and David are searching for other partners to kill the dilution. I'm a realist: if you hire two to three major developers from Twilio, Facebook, Uber - that is big money, but these developers are the foundation. It's a double edged sword.

I can only hope for major revenue increases and possible financing. The rev increase is underway...which often leads to new and better financing. Hopefully some PIPEs with restrictions.
