Actually I have a very good idea of exactly what is happening between those parties. Combine that with common sense and the end result is more than obvious.
There is this ridiculous idea for some reason that these blocks are awarded in perpetuity and that it doesn't matter how many contractual terms ERHC violates they will continue on as if nothing happened. We will find out differently very soon.
