This is just my personal opinion of course, but out of the half dozen or so potential scandium producers in the hunt right now...NioCorp is sitting firmly in the sweet spot...due to many factors. For one thing the USA will most likely be the 1st or 2nd biggest (Sc) consumer, easily consuming 97 tonnes in a safe, stable and reliable environment. The DoD has deemed (Sc) "critical & stategic" to America. Nebraska has given the green lights to move forward with the mining project. And I firmly believe Mark Smith will find the necessary financing for the project with the added help from T/K and the German Govn't.
For these reasons - and there are more - is why I think we will be first to crack nut in this new 'super metals' space.
