the hearing is on the 6th, which is a step in the finalizing of things, if you expect that the moment the hearing is complete, for everything else to be complete, i think you need to have a little patience for them to at least walk out the building and go to the next step.....
in terms of the merger being complete between the two partys, yes, we already can see that the partys involved were in agreement long ago and that was announced....
now they are finishing the process to make it official at the SOS - many have said that will never happen, i guess we will see
in the meantime, many continue to ponder if its 25million in revenues coming here or is it 50million of revenues coming here ...
