Absolutely. Mnuchin HAD to say that he strongly feels that his first option is to decide what to do on a bi partisan basis WITH congress. He said that 10 times yesterday. That was his out to many questions for which, he did NOT want to share ANY part of his ideas or plans. The panel let him go every time with that response and barely pressed him because they felt "included" for the time being. Corker even drooled a little bit. lol
