Well the company did file the papers and or certification for up listing....

I'm sorry I just have to giggle a little bit about the sellers this week...

That makes the most sense. Why else bring PGPM current? A lot easier to do than try to IPO the private side. Yea so some penny stock vultures like us make money, but in the end the company is publicly traded without a lot of headache.

Ding ding ding. That's exactly what longs think too. Why else rise PGPM up from the dead and put out a ton of filings to get current? Why do all of this if not planning to merge the private company with PGPM? BIG stuff coming here. The private company at least has over 210,000 acres of land
