You would be kind of right had DIRV actually fulfilled all the inherent terms associated with those 2 recently announced acquisitions actually closing!
However in this case DIRV hasn't even begun to fulfill the acquisition closing terms...and according to the terms have several months to maybe 1 day actually fulfill those terms ok!
So imo only all this entire past month has been is another patterned excuse to dilute shares reverse split and continue diluting all over again!
Notice how this r/s is now 200 to 1(which is a much higher ratio than their 2016 and 2015 reverse splits)? If they can find enough koolaid drinkers post r/s next years clockwork r/s will be 500 or 1000 to 1.
