Heres a FACT Dlog ..... If the rig were in the US proof would have been posted by now by someone with a credit card and access to PACER ....

And why hasn't proof been posted that Treaty is operating illegaly collecting funds from investors.

Concerned good samaritans should feel obligated to protect innocent investors from buying into a scam by posting proof it is a scam.

Until than it's just an opinion based on unsubstantiated internet noise IMO
