Ash, i haven't seen it in print anywhere (maybe i missed it?) but that 3.18 shareprice might have been based on some calculation of avg price over prior certain # of days. Obviously the 3.18 was far below where stock had opened up that morning ($5.50s) and probably angered lots of folks but sometimes these pricings are based on historical data going back weeks/months.
