I agree with you on that. The volatility of the stock is so great making huge dispertions between returns depending on when one got in. That's why in terms of evaluation of O'Connor tenure, the return on the direct new investment in the company is an important measure and the weighted average cost of that capital can be calculated in looking at the amount of capital raised at each offering or private placement and price it was done at - then the return is that price relative to the current price. I also agree with you that the current price is arbitrary in that investors haven't sold - in a month from now if ADXS is $18, we can say that to date O'Connor has generate an ROI of 50% over the last four years on the capital he's raised (in that case we'll all be much happier).

Come on .. talking about ROI in Bios at the developing stage makes no sense.

This is a speculative high risk , high reward investment based on a binary scenario.
This sounds like a congress debate in my home country .. using any fact to push forward your agenda ..
